Performing To The Other Class
In this lesson we had to perform act 2 scene 1-5, when doing Liz,s monologue everything went well as we had rehearsed this many times in recent rehearsals. Everyone in the cast remembered everything, as well as this our spacing was good, this made sure that no one bumped into each other and we were able to move around fluently around Charley. I also thought that our timing was good, we moved around as the monologue was being performed, this was good because what we were doing matched what was being said, this helped the audience understand what the monologue was about.
When me and George were doing the scene when Ralph Clark is talking to Arthur Phillip. This scene did not go well, neither me or George were 100% sure on our lines and therefore we had a big silence and had to wait to be prompted because we didn't know what we were saying. To make sure that this doesn't happen again we are going to practise our lines together so that we can familiarise ourselves with the movement and lines.
