When watching my presentation back I noticed that although I had a lot of relevant information in my power point, I did not elaborate this enough when speaking, personally I think that this I because I did not prepare a script to follow. I did this because I didn't want to be constantly looking down at a piece of paper, however consequently I frequently turned around to look round at the screen at the information. To make my presentation better I could have spoken more clearly therefore I would have been able to deliver the information better, as well as this if Id have been more confident with what I was saying I would have been able to make my overall presentation better.
I thought that my actual information and research was detailed and well developed, I had reached different venues and the prices of these, as well as prices of set, lighting and staging. As well as this I had also researched performance rights and budgeting in depth.
However next time I do a public speaking presentation I am going to prepare a script so that I am more confident in what I am saying. As well as this I am going to talk calmer and more clearly so that I can deliver my information better to the audience.
