Budget Making Rules
- Overestimate rather than underestimate costs.
- Making deals ( Exchanging space in the programme with a company for particular things you may need to hire).
- Shop around, don't accept the first offer.
- Choosing reliable investors.
- Trying to source as much income as possible (From ticket sales, Ad sales and merchandise).
- Choose a show that has a reasonable price for the performance rights.
- Prepare an accurate cash flow forecast.
